Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may contact us within 7 days after your item was delivered to receive a refund. In order to receive a refund, you must return your item within 14 days We will purchase a return label that you will be able to print off and attach to your package. In order to receive a refund, you must return your item within 14 days, and in its original condition.  Once I receive your package and check that the items are in good condition, I will refund the original purchase cost. The return shipping label cost will be the responsibility of the buyer, and deducted from the refund amount.  I do not accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping:

1. Shipping Info

I ship via USPS, so the delivery estimates are calculated through USPS.

  • First Class Mail- 2-5 Business Days
  • Priority Mail- 1-3 Business Days
  • Priority Mail Express- 1-2 Business Days or Overnight

Please note, estimated shipping time is not a guarantee, so please plan accordingly if you need your package within a certain time frame. Each order comes with a USPS tracking number. 

Please double check your address before placing your order. Please contact me at: simplyaffinity@gmail.com if you have entered the wrong address for your order. If I have not shipped your order, I can correct your address on the shipping label. If your order has already shipped, please contact your local post office with your tracking number so that they can try to redirect your package. I am always happy to help in any way that I can, but once a package is shipped, the destination of the package is out of my control. If your package is returned to me as undelivered, I would be happy to re-mail it. However, the additional shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. 

2. International Shipping

Shipping to a non-US address can take 2 - 8 weeks. Your country may charge additional taxes/fees or import duties, and those will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please note: only USPS Priority International Mail will allow me to open a case if your package is lost in the mail. I suggest adding your phone number to international orders in case the postal service needs to get in contact with you. Please do not ask me to mark your international order as a gift or to change the values on your customs form, as this is illegal in the United States. DHL has been the most reliable delivery service for international packages, and it is a shipping option at checkout. 

We currently offer international shipping to Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, and Switzerland via USPS International Mail or DHL. Your order comes with a tracking number; however, some countries do not update tracking once a package has left the United States. 

3. Shipping During the Holidays

I do offer shipping upgrades. Please add 1-2 days for shipping/handling on my end. I am not responsible for packages not delivered on time, so please plan accordingly if you need your item before Christmas.

4. Shipping and Inclement Weather/Natural Disasters

Extreme weather conditions and natural disasters can delay packages, or cause them to take an alternative route. 

Buying Gemstones Online & Color Variation

I try to portray each piece as accurately as possible in photographs and videos. However, each screen is different, so color of stones in person may vary a bit from photographs.
