Bear on the Square Mountain Festival 2026 + My Latest Nature-Inspired Jewelry
Each year, as the seasons begin to shift, I find myself returning to the smallest details in nature for inspiration. Subtle textures, layered forms, and quiet changes often go unnoticed, but they are the elements that continue to shape my work.
One of those events is the Bear on the Square Mountain Festival in Dahlonega, Georgia, taking place April 18–19, 2026. This festival has become one of my favorites, not only for its setting in the North Georgia mountains, but for the opportunity it creates to connect in person and share my work in a more tangible way.

In preparation for the show, I’ve been creating a new collection of nature-inspired jewelry. Each piece is hand-sculpted from polymer clay or carefully constructed through wire-wrapping techniques, often incorporating gemstones. Every design is one of a kind, shaped slowly and intentionally with a focus on capturing the kinds of details that are often overlooked.

While I share my work online, there is something entirely different about experiencing these pieces in person. Scale, texture, and the way light interacts with each surface are difficult to fully translate through a screen. Events like Bear on the Square offer a chance to see that craftsmanship up close and to engage with the work in a more direct and meaningful way.
If you are planning to attend the festival, I would love for you to stop by and visit my booth. I will be located at Booth #48, approximately across from the General Store (24 Public Square South Dahlonega, GA 30533)
Festival hours are Saturday from 10AM to 6PM and Sunday from 10AM to 5PM.
I will continue updating my show schedule throughout the year as I add a small number of additional events. If you are hoping to find me at a future festival, you can check my latest schedule here: ART SHOW SCHEDULE
This season is centered around creating with intention, choosing meaningful opportunities to share my work, and focusing on quality over quantity. If you find yourself in Dahlonega for Bear on the Square, I hope you will take a moment to stop by and experience these pieces in person.
