Ammonite Pendant

I wire-wrapped this gorgeous Opalized Ammonite using copper wire. I hope that you enjoy this piece as much as I did creating it! This OOAK piece comes on a cream colored adjustable cotton cord chain. I also have black, brown, olive green, and grey colored cotton cord chains. If you would prefer one of these colors instead, please let me know in the notes to seller at checkout.
During fossilization, the nacreous layer of some ammonites were chemically transformed into an iridescent material called ammolite, which is aragonite with varying mineral impurities that is considered to be an opal-like gemstone. Ammonite spirals work as a filter. They draw in negative energies and replace them with wonderful, positive energy. ♡ The wonderful rainbow iridescence of the opalized layer serves a a great reminder that, "The greater the storm, the brighter the rainbow." In life, sometimes we have to go through hard times to appreciate the good times. Ammonite reminds us to bask in today's rainbow and let the clouds of the past dissolve behind us.
